Duraproducts Ltd have been providing solutions for clients who recognise the need to impact, innovate, and reduce risk for over 20 years.

Duraproducts is a leading company with the civil engineering products sector, dedicated to reducing carbon emissions and promoting sustainability. We take pride in utilising thousands of tons of waste polymer in our innovative kerbing and surface water management products. Our commitment to environmental stewardship is evident through our leading standard approvals, including EPD and BBA, which validate the eco-friendliness and quality of our solutions. By incorporating recycled materials, we not only reduce the carbon footprint but also contribute to the circular economy.

Timeline

The origins of Duraproducts Ltd, innovating every step of the way.

Duraproducts was founded by Phil Sutton in 2004, during this period they have as achieved some remarkable milestones. Duraproducts placed their first injection moulding tools in 2005 for Durakerb, obtained BBA HAPAS approval in 2007, expanded the product range in 2009, and introduced Duradrain in 2010. As leaders in environmental stewardship and innovation, they released EPDs in 2023, with over 600,000 successful product installations.

Durakerb

Durakerb’s have an 88% recycled polymer content. You can make a considerable contribution to the reduction in environmental impact by simply choosing to use Durakerb.
For each and every product we make, we take waste and the historical risk that represents, away from the natural environment. Let’s make a much greater impact in the next 20 years.

Duradrain

Duradrain Products allow for surface water collection within varied surfaces or as a combined road edge/kerb-boundary.

All standard units are monolithic and robust providing solutions for infrastructure with variable function and risk.

 

Durachannel

The 50000 Durachannel Range is a traditional monolithic linear surface water drainage system.

The recycled & recyclable lightweight standard units are manufactured from a hydraulically efficient material and have a large useable volume. This means large areas can be drained quickly and safely, protecting surfaces by taking run-off at multiple points across the whole length of the channel-line.

As we now strive to meet our commitment to a net zero future, we

A recent independent study* by a leading British Construction &
Regeneration Group has found that using Durakerb will on average
reduce CO2e by 50% when compared with traditional kerbing.
